This seniors’ and alternative home provides 120 places for the region’s population, including 108 places for seniors and 12 other places for adults with specific needs. This facility provides residents with a human-sized living environment, consisting of ten air-conditioned units of 12 places each, and including individual rooms with toilets and showers adapted for each resident.

This new type of accommodation is more reminiscent of a home and promotes human contact as well as a more active lifestyle, thanks in part to access to landscaped outdoor spaces and indoor facilities better adapted to the needs of residents and their loved ones.
