Maison Écho du Cœur is a private residence for seniors located in the Beauport Borough, on the North Shore of Quebec. The mission of this non-profit organization is to help maintain the autonomy of nine (9) people with Alzheimer's disease (“mild” to “moderate” stages) and a better quality of life on a daily basis (Carpe Diem approach). Daily stimulation activities are offered and adapted to the interests and abilities of the residents. A therapeutic garden is accessible during the summer season; there are swings, walkways, flowers, fish and even chickens! The well-being of people is at the heart of this family, friendly and safe living environment. Collaboration with the CLSC allows relevant and effective health monitoring.

At La Maison Écho du Coeur, single rooms are offered. They all have a private bathroom (toilet and sink) as well as access to a shared full bathroom. The cable is offered with basic stations. You also have the opportunity to bring your own furniture. Grab bars are located in bedrooms, washrooms and the shared bathroom.
