Le Paraclet residence is located in the center of the Outaouais and is close to several leisure and shopping centers. The well ventilated rooms (6 single) are equipped with an emergency and security system allowing us to provide the best care.You will be at your ease, especially in our comfortable living room equipped with all kinds of supplies. Our staff will also ensure the distribution of your medications as needed. You will also not miss our leisure programs (bingo, card games, puzzle and movie night) and others to have fun and keep you in shape. We also offer internet and cable service on demand to satisfy the tech-savvy. A residence adapted to your needs. Come see us !

In my experience, I've perceived a lack of respect towards residents. Staff behavior often appears unprofessional and not particularly welcoming. The food served mainly appears to be frozen or canned, rather than fresh. I wouldn't recommend bringing your parent to this residence.

Tante Rachel a eu la chance d'être hébergée à même la résidence le Paraclet au 271 Fontenelle à Gatineau pendant environ 5 mois. Quelle chance. Malgré sa maladie et sa situation qui nécessitait beaucoup de soins, c'est une chance qu'elle a eu de pouvoir y vivre pendant quelques mois, avant de trouver une place dans un CHSLD. Ce que moi et notre famille retenons de cette résidence, évidemment la grande qualité des préposées aux bénéficiaires (Géraldine, Brel Brel, Ebène, Falone, Mervidie, Sylvine, Rachel, Dina, Amadou et Darly). C'est personnes là donne des services toujours respectueux malgré les circonstances pas toujours faciles qu'apporte la maladie de ma tante... C'est personnes là sont toutes des WOW pour notre famille... Elles ont su faire la différence pour ma tante et notre famille durant cette période de quelques mois. Merci 1000 fois à vous toutes... Enfin, d'une façon plus générale, cette résidence nous a toujours apparue comme étant très propre, lors que je me présentais avant l'heure du souper, ça sentait toujours tellement bon!!! Madame Marie Guisse et Magdaleina travaillent tellement fort et y donne toujours leur 100%.
