The private retirement homes for seniors Le 1615 and Le 1625 are two pavilions connected by a footbridge that offer many units (studio and 2½). They are located in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville neighborhood, on the banks of the Riviere des Prairies, the Parc de la Visitation and the bicycle path. Les Résidences Le 1615 and Le 1625 is owned by the Fondation Berthiaume-Du Tremblay, a not-for-profit organization (NPO). A safe atmosphere prevails at Les Résidences Le 1615 and Le 1625. Moreover, the well-being of residents and their quality of life are priority aspects of its residences at the Berthiaume-Du-Tremblay Foundation.You will have access to several intergenerational activities, conferences, workshops, as well as a foot care service (additional fees).This residence is equipped with sprinklers and allows animals (which must remain in the housing), except dogs.
