Located in Montreal-North on an exceptional site, on the edge of the Rivière des Prairies, the Résidence Les Cascades has been serving independent seniors since 1972. It is part of a large complex twinned with a second tower, Résidence Angelica, which houses a CHSLD, a day center and independent private apartments. This complex is located opposite the Marie-Clarac Hospital and the Marie-Clarac School. This set was created by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Mary, a religious community very involved locally for more than 50 years. Residences Les Cascades has 275 apartments in a 19-story, giclée, all-concrete, fireproof tower.
The majority of the apartments have a magnificent view of the river, whether on the east or west side. The owners have undertaken a vast program of renovating common areas and housing in order to remain on the cutting edge and meet the needs of its customers.

Beaucoup de services et activités, bonne animatrice et charmante. Beaucoup de comodités, beaucoup de services médicaux. Surveillance 24h sur 24h, infirmière sur place.
Questions et réponses
Pour le paysage, l'environnement, la propreté et la nourriture, je donnerais un gros 5 étoiles. La nourriture était excellente, je suis allez manger quelques fois avec mon ami qui y résidait. Il recevait des bons soins.
