Maison Émilie retirement home is an intermediate resource with 62 rooms for people who are losing their autonomy in a part of the fourth and fifth floors of the Espace Fullum main building. This part of the building is linked to an Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS). The space is an old house of the Sisters of Providence founded in the nineteenth century by Émilie Gamelin and is a few minutes walk from the metro Papineau.
This retirement home has signed an exclusive agreement with the government. All requests and admissions are made through the CLSC.

My mother spent the last 2 years of her life here and thanked me countless times for the choice I had made. She was happy, well cared for, had friends and the staff were kind, professional, and very caring. She had the care she needed in an environment that she described as being like living in a hotel. I am grateful to them for all that they did for her at Emilie Gamelin. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to place their loved one in an amazing home.
