Always on break.
By far the most incompetently run residence I have ever seen. All they think about is their breaks. They were given very specific instructions from the management and family as to the care of a specific resident who has dementia and cannot walk without help among other things, and they are not able to follow the instructions. They always have an excuse like "we're on break" or "sorry we're short staffed", etc. Maybe I'm being very harsh in my review but all we want is the proper care that the resident deserves. Is that to much to ask for?
In my opinion, the staff was neglectful. My relative suffered at the hands of these people. He fell and cracked his nose. He got a urinary tract infection with a fever. The staff assumed it was Covid. I do not recommend it.
