Notre mère y est depuis près d’un an. Les réceptionnistes (Anna, Rabia), infirmières (Malika, Stephanie), employés de la maintenance (Colette, Kevin, Eric), service au dépanneur (Edna), service à la salle a diner (Maria), tous sont très gentils et humains ! Félicitations ! Malheureusement, la bouffe est servie froide à tout coup et n’est vraiment pas bonne. Une fois le contrat signé, en termes d’accueil, d’aide à l’intégration, ou encore quelqu’un pour vous répondre si vous avez un problème… oubliez cela !
