L'ambiance est bonne, les appartements sont très bien mais il ne faut pas avoir de problème les responsables disent de voir avec la famille ils ne sont même pas capable de changer une lumière brûlée. Les repas semblent être un gros problème plusieurs chefs en 4 ans , les assiettes sont très peu garnies et la qualité des repas très médiocres il n'est pas rare que les préposés font à manger. Somme toute beaucoup d'amélioration à faire dans la qualité, la quantité de la nourriture.
