They advertise for care of people with dementia but, in my experience, this is not the case. This is a sub-standard senior care facility, in my opinion. Low staffing levels. Staff that quit every couple of months. I’ve noticed that the top floors have very little supervision. I’ve experienced constant inconsistencies with the monthly billing, that always needs correcting. If you have and love your family member who suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's, I do not recommend it. There are many complaints about this place, sent via the CLSC.
Tres propre. Employes tres aimable. Nourriture tres bonne. Les résidents sont contents.
Très professionnel, ambiance chaleureuse, services hors pair et nourriture plus qu'excellente. 10/10
Beautiful place to live in. Nice surroundings. Friendly. They go out of their way to make residents comfortable.
