Après une recherche en accéléré, nous avons visité Alizéa et étions un peu méfiants. Après la pandémie, les RPA n’avaient tout simplement pas la confiance des gens à l’extérieur. Bien malgré eux dans certains cas, les histoires d’horreur et le manque chronique de personnel n’avaient rien de rassurant. Nous avons été tout simplement enchantés de notre visite. Mme Cormier a fait un travail exemplaire pour nous expliquer et nous mettre à l’aise sur le processus, les services et les disponibilités. Après 4 mois, les services et l’accueil restent dignes de nos attentes. BRAVO À TOUTE L’ÉQUIPE.
