Questions et réponses
Comme résident de Chartwell Le Duplessis résidence pour personnes retraitées depuis le 18 décembre dernier, je n’ai que des compliments à faire à tous les membres du personnel tout spécialement à la directrice Mme Lucie ainsi que son adjointe Mme Janis qui s’empressent de répondre à mes requêtes. À mes plus proches aidantes Angie et Évelyne, préposées aux bénéficiaires, qui sont tôt le matin à mon service. Mélanie et Marie-Ève au service de santé qui viennent rapidement à mon aide sur ma demande. Au gens de la cuisine qui travaillent fort à la préparation de succulents repas et ceux qui me les apportent à mon studio midi et soir, Annie et Kenney. Au service de la réception Joanie. À l’entretien Daniel et Éric et finalement Mme Diane la coiffeuse aux doigts de fée. Après avoir visité un bon nombre de résidences pour personnes retraitées, je suis en mesure de dire que les résidences Chartwell de Trois-Rivières sont au sommet de la liste. M.Grimard
