Located in Laval, l'Habitation Louise-Beauchamp of 86 units (3 ½, 4 ½) is a culmination of the Office municipal d’habitation de Laval, specifically within the Acces Logis Quebec program. This senior's residence was subsidized by the Societe d'habitation du Quebec and the Ville de Laval. It is located in the Chomedey neighborhood of Laval and next to many shops. L'Habitation Louise-Beauchamp welcomes autonomous pensioners over 75 and people between the ages of 65 and 75 who have a mobility problem. You will feel a sense of well-being in these new apartments and you can socialize and relax on its magnificent terrace. Recreation is an integral part of this NPO. At Habitation Louise-Beauchamp, activities are offered to maintain your independence be it physical or cognitive activities. There is also a recreation committee at this residence that organizes various leisure activities such as library, bingo and others.
