**OPENING JANUARY 2025 – AFFORDABLE AND SUBSIDIZED APARTMENTS (3 ½ and 4 ½)**
For seniors aged 75 and over or with slight loss of autonomy
Currently under construction in Val-Morin since the beginning of the year, La Capucine II is in the process of contacting the CISSS des Laurentides in order to obtain the certificate required in order to offer services intended for seniors autonomous and thus become a private residence for seniors (RPA)
▪ There will be 40 affordable housing units (3 1⁄2 and 4 1⁄2), which will accommodate tenants from the beginning of January 2025.
▪ *Subsidized housing: possibility of benefiting from the supplement program to the SHQ rent (PSL) if your total income is $37,000 and less
▪ La Capucine II, currently being built according to the rules of the art, nestled in the heart of Val-Morin, will offer contact with nature and modern amenities.
▪ Residents will benefit from services including: dining room where we will offer two
meals per day (lunch and evening), community room, entertainment activities, a system call for help and 24/7 security system among others elements.
