New project in Sayabec in the heart of the village!
The Résidence La Seigneurie is a non-profit seniors' residence which is currently under construction. The opening is scheduled for the end of 2020. Located in downtown Sayabec, on Keable Street, this new housing project led by the OMH will be able to accommodate 18 autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors. This residence will be annexed to the Ross rental housing type HLM by a footbridge. Inside the building will be a large community kitchen, as well as a collective living room. At Résidence La Seigneurie, residents can benefit from meal and housekeeping services. However, no nursing care or personal assistance will be offered.
