The new seniors' residence, L'Entre Gens, has 22 units (20 of the 3½ type and 2 of the 4½ type) on 2 floors. It offers a magnificent view of the sea, this Saint-Ulric residence will be built for the attention of people aged 75 and over, with a slight loss of autonomy. The building includes beautiful community rooms, a kitchen with dining room, a living room, and more. The design follows the most stringent standards and exceeds energy efficiency standards.
