Les divers services sont déplorable, le personnels est douteux, mais surtout ce qui me chagrin le plus c'est que mes petits enfants ne viennent pas me voir.
Bonjour, Nous prenons bonne note de vos commentaires. Nous sommes désolés que certains aspects de la résidence ne soient pas à votre entière satisfaction. Nous mettons tout en œuvre, jour après jour, afin de continuellement nous améliorer et c’est grâce aux commentaires constructifs que nous pouvons le faire. En tant qu'entreprise familiale, nous savons à quel point la famille est précieuse, c'est pourquoi nous mettons tout en oeuvre afin de favoriser le rapprochement des familles. Questions et réponses
6 jours sans aucun ascenseur fonctionnel dans la résidence. À mon sens, il est anormal que la réparation ne puisse être effectuée en 6 jours. Est-ce normal que les personnes à mobilité réduite doivent prendre tous leurs repas dans leur chambre ? Où est le bien-être des aînés ?
