Located a few steps from the Galleries, several stores, restaurants and a cinema, the private residence for seniors, Résidence Leduc offers 1 ½, studios and 3 ½ for an autonomous or semi-autonomous clientele. The residence is part of an attractive residential area where the magnificent Bérubé Park is less than 200 meters away. The entire team puts its experience, friendliness and availability at your service in order to offer you excellent quality care and services in a warm, family atmosphere.
The residence of 72 places with full bathrooms offers several services according to your needs:
- 3 meals a day prepared on site with care and served at the tables;
- In-room meal service after hospitalization;
- Housekeeping once a week (floor and bathroom);
- Maintenance of bedding every 2 weeks;
- HD cable supplied with the Telemax package;
- Emergency call system in the bedroom and bathroom;
- Control of absences;
- Resident attendant on site at all times in case of emergency;
- Supervision of a day nurse assistant;
