The senior living residence offers 99 safe and comfortable apartments (studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units) in Phase 1, while Phase 2 includes 29 rooms. Manoir du Coteau provides a warm living environment supported by attentive and professional staff.

C'est une très belle résidence, situé dans un environnement sain au coeur de la nature. Air pur avec des arbres. Pour les résidents qui y habitent, c'est sécuritaire, sans traffic, un bel endroit pour prendre des marches. La résidence est propre, sécuritaire. Mon frère et sa femme, ainsi que ma soeur y habitent depuis 4 ans. Au niveau des repas, la nourriture est excellente avec une belle variété de menu. Beaucoup de services et de loisirs.
