Villa St-Charles
Mélanie was there from the beginning, when the Villa St-Charles was just a project. She played a leading role in the birth of the residence and has been its director for more than 15 years. Even after so many years, she is a model of humanity, meticulousness and commitment.
Our residents are privileged because Villa St-Charles is the only residence in the area to have a nurse on its team, Marie-France Parenteau. Always involved and dedicated to the residents, she has been with us since the very beginning of the Villa in 2008. Her presence allows us to offer a full variety of services on site at Villa St-Charles: blood pressure measurement, blood sugar testing, wound care, blood tests, injections and a host of other treatments are provided to avoid having to travel to our residents.
Villa St-Charles is the initiative of Pierre Jutras, a kind-hearted man from Ste-Perpétue. At the time, in 2008, there were no residences for autonomous and semi-autonomous retirees that offered large common areas and spacious apartments like those in the city. He wanted to allow the locals to be able to live in the region and offer them a pleasant environment, in the countryside near their loved ones.

Villa St-Charles is the initiative of Pierre Jutras, a native of Ste-Perpétue. At the time, in 2008, there were no residences for autonomous and semi-autonomous retirees that offered large common areas and spacious apartments like those in the city. Pierre, a man with a big heart, wanted to allow the locals to be able to live in the region and offer them a pleasant environment close to their loved ones. A complex even better than what is offered in the city but in the heart of the village of Sainte-Perpétue! He knew what an exceptional, peaceful place the village of Sainte-Perpétue was and he wanted to build a welcoming, luxurious and affordable place. A safe residence where care would be available if needed.
