Le Havre du Faubourg

Le Havre du Faubourg, a retirement home for retired people aged 55 and over, is located in the heart of the residential neighbourhood, the Faubourg du Ruisseau in Nicolet. This residence for the elderly offers a complete range of services (catering, recreation, support of a nurse, etc.). Located at 160 rue du Faubourg, this residence for retirees is 2 minutes from a shopping centre and many shops and 20 minutes from Trois-Rivières.

This retirement complex comprises 131 self-catering apartments as well as 34 rooms for people with loss of autonomy (physical and/or cognitive) spread over four floors. The “l’Aube” unit is located on the second floor and has 34 individual rooms which are furnished and have a private bathroom. The rooms are intended for residents with physical problems, significant loss of mobility or with cognitive problems such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These care rooms are of the intermediate resource type (a request to the public network is therefore necessary to access them).

Comfortable studios, 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 with balconies are offered. These spaces come in 21 different models to better suit you. The Havre du Faubourg retirement home is the first in Quebec to have obtained the perfect certification from the council of Agrément du Québec!
