Located on Cockburn Street, the Residence du Parc-de-la-Paix is comprised of two phases totalling 84 affordable housing units, providing a perfect living environment for slightly dependent seniors. Tenants of 38 of these units, spread across both phases, can benefit from the SHQ Rent Supplement Program, allowing them to pay only 25% of their income for housing. All tenants have access to common areas such as a lounge and a family room to entertain their relatives and friends, a large dining room, and a parking lot that can accommodate fifty three- and four-wheelers. Laundry and housekeeping services are also available for residents.
