The senior living has 35 units and welcomes seniors for convalescence or long-term stays.

Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de toilette privée, un grand garde-robe, un système de cloche d'appel ainsi que des gicleurs.
Le chauffage et l'électricité sont inclus.
Sur chaque étage, il y a de grandes salles de bains communes accessibles à tous les résidents et qui comportent une douche adaptée.
Des salons communs ainsi que des balcons sont accessibles à tous les résidents.
