Albédo offers several communal spaces, including a dining room, relaxation areas on the 3rd and 12th floors, multipurpose rooms, lounges, and more.
The residence has several outdoor spaces for relaxing or gathering. There is also on the ground floor along the dining room a dedicated space with tables, chairs, swings and a vegetable garden.
Storage spaces are also available, particularly for excess boxes, your bike or your scooter/quad scooter. The entire building is universally accessible, the accommodation is adaptable according to your mobility.
The building is equipped with a fire alarm system, surveillance system (staff on site at all times) and security system to ensure your peace of mind. In addition, our indoor parking guarantees the safety of your vehicle, whatever the weather outside.

Albédo was born from the need to improve the supply of affordable housing for seniors in the Quebec region. It is supported by La Bouée, a non-profit purchasing company whose mission is to preserve and develop collective real estate to improve the housing conditions of low- and middle-income people, some with special needs. In each project, particular attention is paid to eco-responsible innovations. Among the great innovations of L'Albédo, let us highlight the recovery of heat releases from the neighboring ice cream center to heat and air condition the entire building, including your future home!
