This seniors' and alternative home, which provides 72 places for the region's population, 36 for seniors and 36 for adults with specific needs, is located on the edge of Léonidas Avenue Sud and Madeleine-Gleason Street. This place provides residents with a living environment on a human scale, consisting of six air-conditioned units of 12 places each, and including individual rooms with toilets and showers adapted for each resident.

This new type of accommodation is more reminiscent of a home and promotes human contact as well as a more active lifestyle, among other things thanks to access to landscaped outdoor spaces and indoor facilities better adapted to the needs of residents and their loved ones.
