Discover the Rose-Marquis Manor in Dégelis, a non-profit residence offering 54 social housing units dedicated to retired individuals. Our mission is to provide the local community with affordable and superior quality housing solutions. Each unit includes a daily 2-meal service and regular housekeeping for optimal comfort.
Our residents also benefit from a range of leisure activities to enrich their daily lives. In addition to essential services, our residence offers a variety of amenities, including an intercom system, secure outdoor parking, heat detectors, a convenient waste chute, a sprinklered building for fire safety, as well as a camera surveillance and security system for complete peace of mind.
