This program offers you beautiful new and modern apartments. Close to the René Ricard Health Center and downtown Chapais, this complex includes 16 units (3 ½ and 4 ½).
The new section of the Manoir Pierre-Guénette is adjacent to a low-rental apartment building, allowing all residents to benefit from the facilities, including the elevator and the common room, and services.
The SHQ's mission is to promote citizens' access to adequate housing conditions.
