The Résidence L'Atrium Group of three residences is located in the cities of Saint-Georges and Saint-Benoît-Labre. In 1983, Paul Blondeau and Marcel Rodrigue began their careers as nurses at the Beauce Health and Social Services Center. The passion for their job led them to want to own their own residence. They currently own the Atrium in Saint-Georges de Beauce, Pavillon Baillargeon in Saint-Benoît-Labre and the residence Le Campagnard in Saint-Jean-de-la-Lande. These residences for people with loss of autonomy offer services to a diverse clientele. This fast-growing hosting company was founded in 2000 with the purchase of Pavillon Baillargeon, which welcomes a clientele of all ages suffering from behavioral disorders, intellectual disabilities, mental health and cognitive problems. In 2004, the purchase of the residence Le Campagnard allowed to welcome customers suffering from various problems of physical health due to aging. Finally, in 2007, the construction of the Atrium made it possible to house people with physical problems and to specialize with a clientele suffering from cognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease. These three homes now give them the opportunity to offer 105 beds, including 58 in intermediate resources.
