Ma mere habite a la residence depuis 5 ans et c'est le meilleur service qu'on a eu en residence. C'est sa troisième résidence et sa dernière! Le employés des soins et les directeurs sont toujours la pour les résidents... merci beaucoup !

Plusieurs changements de direction dans les dernières années et un manque important de logistique et de direction de l'équipe de travail des infirmières et des préposés qui amène des erreurs pouvant mettre en danger la vie des résidents.
