Les Residences Floralies LaSalle is a private, unregistered CHSLD in the metropolitan area. This CHSLD welcomes a variety of clientele such as retired, autonomous, autonomous (semi-autonomous and non-autonomous), seniors with Alzheimer's disease and cognitive loss, as well as persons requiring a short stay for convalescence. Intermediate resources are also available at this LaSalle CHSLD. The staff is qualified to accommodate also the people in great loss of autonomy requiring constant help. This residence of the Group Residences Floralies offers its residents an environment where they can find calm. J'ai été visité mon ancienne locataire et j'ai trouvé l'endroit très bien. Plusieurs activités disponibles dont une piscine intérieure. Dehors, l'arrangement fleural était superbe. La vue était également superbe.

L'accueil de la part de la direction est très sympathique, malheureusement, c'est comme si l'information ne passait pas entre la direction et le personnel. Sur les étages, aucun responsable, les règles semblent édictées par tout un chacun, des oublis graves, ex. oublier à plusieurs reprises d'apporter le plateau de repas à ma mère. En tant que visiteur, on se sent mal accueillis, comme si on dérangeait. Il ne s'agit pas d'un manque de personnel ou de soins, mais plutôt d'une approche et d'une attitude à améliorer.
