Résidence Marquis is a completely renovated seniors' residence located in Coteau-du-Lac, in a magnificent environment next to the river. Bordered by mature trees, you will find spacious, warm and comfortable common areas. In total, the residence has 55 rooms with sink and toilet or full bathroom, private balcony, large windows and access to several services. Inside, there is a hair salon on site, as well as a library, a home theater and an activity room.

Practical and welcoming, bright and airy, the 55 rooms of the complex have a sink and a toilet. Some units have a private balcony, while others have a full bathroom with bath and shower. While the majority are simple bedrooms, others have been designed for double occupancy. Delivered unfurnished, residents can personalize their new environment with the decor of their choice.
