Très difficile de se faire comprendre...Quand nous avons un probleme incroyable, pas d eau chaude la veille du Jour de l'an et le lendemain sans avertissement personne en service, propreté laisse à désirer. Mais belle appartement beau site très dispendieux. Personnel de maintenance est à l'écoute mais font ce qu'il peuve. Cet endroit pourrait être mieux gérer pour le bien être des personnes âgées, un sourire un Bonjour aide à se sentir apprécié dans ces lieux où ils seraient bon d'y vivre!!!
Questions and answers
Je vis à cette résidence depuis maintenant 10 mois. Les lieux sont parfaits, beaucoup de services offerts près de la résidence. Malgré le fait que nous sommes situé en face de l'hôpital, nous comprenons pas qu'il n'y a pas de médecin qui vient à la résidence. Le bureau est là, mais pas encore le médecin.
