J'ai un couple de ma famille qui habite cette résidence. Cela fait quelques années qu'ils y sont, et sont très heureux là-bas. Ils ont une belle salle à manger, on se croirait sur une bateau avec la vue qu'il ont sur la rivière Saguenay, avec de belles tables individuelles. Lorsque j'irai en résidence, j'aimerais avoir cette qualité de résidence.

Ma mère a vécu deux ans et demi, au Manoir Champlain, elle y a reçu de bons soins, par un personnel attentionné et chaleureux. Elle y a été heureuse. Et nous étions confiant qu'elle était en sécurité et surtout traité avec respect.
