Après un an de résidence avec ma mère, voici ce que nous avons observé : La résidence est magnifique, nichée dans un quartier paisible et bien entretenue. Quant à la nourriture, elle était convenable. Au début, tout se déroulait très bien et ma mère y trouvait son bonheur. Cependant, nous avons observé des changements dans la gestion sont survenus en cours d'année. Par la suite, nous avons constaté un changement par rapport aux services, et la qualité de la nourriture laisse souvent à désirer. Ses demandes d’aide pour aller aux toilettes sont souvent suivies de longues périodes d'attente, dépassant fréquemment les 30 minutes. À présent, ma mère me demande de trouver un nouvel endroit, car elle ne se sent plus épanouie ici.
