Le poste de réception , accueil et téléphone sont toujours d'une courtoisie sans reproche. Les sorties sont bien coordonnées et avec suffisamment de personnel pour se sentir bien entouré.
Questions and answers
Nous avons inscrit notre mère sur la liste d'attente, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux, beaucoup d'explications mais surtout l'ordre d'inscription sur cette liste à été respecté. Pour les activités elles y étaient variées, adaptées à la clientèle et le plus, les membres de la direction et de l'administration y participaient avec plaisir. Les repas y étaient bons, variés, basés sur ce que les gens aiment manger à cet âge. Le service aux tables courtois et personnalisé, le personnel connaissait les résidents et leurs goûts. Les points forts: lorsque la santé de ma mère à décliné, le personnel a porté une attention spéciale à ma mère et nous avisait de tout changement observé. Le service médical rapide et avisé, disponible et rapide. Toujours une présence à la réception et un service hors pair lors des appels téléphoniques.
