no one should place their loved ones in this facility simple as that!

Terrible unprofessional dirty they don't give one dime about those poor residents they treat them like crap they make fun of the old people they are rude to them they make them eat with their dipper full of urine and poo because they have a so called PLAN!!! food is for animals not for humans, many many mistakes from nurses to residents with medications and other mistakes and the sad thing is that knowing about their mistakes they allow those inexperience nurses to come back to work which is very upsetting, PABs are not trained to handle those fragile people they just do their job because they cannot get any other jobs and they hate their job and they show it to you, they lie and they will complain about family of residents that are aggressive and inappropriate disruptive behaviour towards them to cover their own behaviour towards residents. While residents are asking for something by pushing the bell they(PABs) just sit and chat with each other not paying attention to the needs of those residents. They hire and fire good nurses in less then 2 months very often, in a few words STAY AWAY!
