Questions and answers
Si je pouvais mettre zero étoile, je le ferais. Manque de personnel, isolation défficiente, beaucoup de bruit. On entend toutes les canalisations, les portes de l'entrée et de garage, les bruits de la cuisine et de la salle à manger La reception ferme à 4 h 30.
Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience n'était pas à la hauteur de vos attentes. La qualité de construction dépasse les normes de l'industrie. La présence du personnel requis par la certification est adéquate, la sécurité et le bien-être des résidents sont au coeur de nos priorités. Pour les bruits, nous y porterons une attention particulière et ferons part de vos commentaires à nos équipes. Si nos heures d'accueil ne permettent pas de vous rencontrer, nous vous invitons à prendre un rendez-vous en fonction de disponibilités communes.
