très belle place, mais je trouve que le service d'accueil est pourri, a part de une personne que travaille les samedi , quand ma mère est arrive avec son mari, l’appartement n' était pas nettoyé, mais surtout le personnel que fait l'accueil pas beaucoup d'information pour des gens qui déménagent pour la première fois, ont pousse des question, ont dire que ont dérange, pour tant le loyer est chère, samedi ma mère déménage encore pour venir a sélection a Laval parce que mon beau père est décédé, ont se trouve avec une alarme d'incendie , personne de neuvième étage est descendue aucune information, personne est aller cogne a la porte pour les faire sortir, ma mère est reste haut,coince, sans aucune information , pas des ascenseurs normal, une dame que fait le ménage crie parce ont pousser de question, un M. que je pense qui est le concierge la mémé chose, finalement a Laval sont très bien accueilli, les personnel que travaille a l'accueil très gentilles, ma mère est très heureuse
