    Cette résidence nous a été fortement recommandée. Comme une autre famille l'a mentionné dans les commentaires sur Google, au début tout est beau, tout est joli. Le personnel soignant et administratif se plie en deux pour nous impressionner. Toutefois, depuis que notre parent est à cet endroit, nous avons passé plus de temps à souligner les manquements, à répéter les instructions de soins ad nauséeum, qui semblent être interprétés de différentes façons par les PAB qui sont en poste, le mélange de médicaments, le manque de respect pour la dignité de notre parent et le manque de rigueur au niveau des soins. C'est sans parler du manque grave de communication, des informations qu'on ne nous communique pas au sujet des chutes, et des services pour lesquels nous déboursons qui sont faits à moitié (ex: changement de culotte d'incontinence, nettoyage, perte de vêtements, distribution de collation intermittente). Malgré nos demandes constantes, nous courriels et nos rappels, il est difficile d'obtenir un retour d'appel ou une réponse du personnel. Oui, nous avons tous vécu la COVID, mais nous trouvons que le personnel dirigeant ne traite pas les résidents comme des êtres en chair et en os, qui ont mené des vies, qui ont élevé des enfants et qui méritent d'être mis au centre de tout. Pourtant, nous croyions avoir fait nos devoirs correctement. Ce qui est affiché sur le site Web est loin d'être la réalité. Nous sommes tellement déçus de la qualité du service.
