Ma belle-mère a résidé au Manoir St-Jerome pendant 5 ans. Elle a été très bien accueillie par tout le personnel tant administratif que le personnel aux soins et les gens de la salle à manger. Son état de santé s'est grandement détérioré durant son séjour et tout le personnel s'est joint à la famille pour lui permettre de demeurer dans son appartement le plus longtemps possible. Elle n'a pas participé aux différentes activités organisées par le Manoir mais il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Ce n'est pas la résidence la plus chic qui existe mais tout est propre. Les appartements sont simples mais très bien pensés. La piscine facilement accessible pour tous les résidents. Les repas sont bons et en quantité suffisante.

Les repas sont de bonne qualité et variés. Le personnel autant du côté de la salle à manger, l'entretien, les soins médicaux et des activités, sont bien attentionnés.
