Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires. Il est vrai qu’il existe actuellement un important besoin de main-d’œuvre de préposés aux bénéficiaires dans le réseau de la santé en général. Néanmoins, nous sommes fiers d’avoir aujourd’hui un personnel stable, humain, professionnel, chaleureux et dévoué. Merci à nouveau pour votre note et votre commentaire de satisfaction ! Déjà, en entrant au Manoir, la senteur d'urine et d'excréments nous sautent à la gorge, état des lieux désuet et malpropre, ascenceur des années tranquilles et c'est même apeurant d'embarquer là-dedans. Local pour le bain thérapeutique qui sent la moisissure, bref cet endroit est affreux, n'envoyez pas vos parents là.
Bonjour, Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ayez eu une mauvaise impression lors de votre première visite chez nous. Nous avons généralement des commentaires positifs et nous sommes navrés que vous ayez perçu l’état des lieux autrement. Nous avons des plans de travail strictes concernant l'hygiène et la propreté. Les aires communes sont lavées quotidiennement. Le bain thérapeutique ainsi que la chaise sont lavés et désinfectés à chaque bain par le personnel et ce, en plus de l'entretien qui est effectué par la préposée à l'entretien ménager. Les appartements sont systématiquement lavés et peinturés avant l'entrée d'un nouveau résident. Concernant le bâtiment, l'entretien général est effectué rigoureusement. Nous nous faisons un devoir de prendre en considération tous les commentaires positifs ou négatifs afin d’améliorer la qualité de nos services. Dans un souci d’amélioration constante, n’hésitez pas à venir nous rencontrer afin de nous soumettre vos commentaires. La Direction
