It is located on the North Shore of Quebec City, more precisely in Ste-Foy, near several points of service such as supermarkets, banking services, pharmacies, restaurants, a hospital, etc. The residence is certified by th CIUSS of La Capitale-nationale. It assures surveillance 24 hours 7 days a week, provides meals (one meal a day) and proposes activities to the residents.

Points positifs: services de pastorale avec chapelle, bonne nourriture, appartements rénovés confortables, ambiance plutôt chaleureuse, résidents intéressants. Points négatifs: entretien des lieux communs couci couça, salles de lavage communautaires avec monnaie, balcons communautaires, 104 repas par année obligatoires.
