    Vacarme et tristesse. Résidence inhumaine.

    Promesses non tenues. À la signature du bail, on ne nous a pas dit qu'il y aurait une Phase II. La construction de cette Phase est source perpétuelle de vacarme, et cela, pour les 2 prochaines années. Impossible de profiter de la jouissance paisible de notre appartement et de notre balcon. Travaux de 7h à 17 h. Deux balançoires pour 375 résidents. Nourriture trop grasse et salée. Augmentation exagérée du logement et des services. Personnel toujours changeant. Pas de verdure. Tout l'horizon est bouché, avec la Phase II. C'est comme une prison fermée.

    En plus d'une augmentation de 42% sur les services dès la 1ère année, dès la 2è année, augmentation de 3% sur le coût de l'appartement et de 10% sur les services. Comme la direction et le personnel changent tout le temps, l'atmosphère est plutôt ennuyante. Beaucoup de promesses non tenues: pas de balançoires dehors, pas de médecin, pas de navette, pas de terrain aménagé, pas d'arbres ni de fleurs. Des trottoirs très dangereux l'hiver. Repas non adaptés pour des personnes âgées: trop gras, trop salés, trop sucrés (trop de frites et de porc). Aucun espace de recueillement!
