Since 2013, La Maison Octavie has been a certified residence that welcomes active seniors or with a slight loss of autonomy. The residence is located in Saint-Octave-de-Métis and has 18 apartments (3 and 4 half). The following services are included: 2 meals / day (lunch and dinner), weekly housekeeping service and laundry. It is equipped with a recreation room, sprinklers, an elevator and a hairdressing salon. It is also possible to have the alarm bracelet security service.

Très bel accueil! La résidence très propre, bel emplacement pour les visiteurs pour dormir a prix raisonnable. La salle a manger de bonne qualité. Je sais que ma grand-maman aime bien les activités qui y sont offerts. J'ai une grand-maman heureuse donc sa petite fille est aussi heureuse!
