- 2 ½, 3 ½ or 4 ½ units : designed for independent or semi-autonomous seniors
- Room with intermediate care: for residents requiring 1 hour of daily care. Includes 3 meals per day, 2 snacks and offers the possibility of housekeeping, bedding and clothing maintenance.
- Care units: including rehabilitation stays, long-term care or end-of-life support.
Thanks to the variety of housing and support available, residents who see their living situation change over time can change units while remaining in the same residence.

With a certificate from the CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Ile-de-Montréal, the residence for seniors in LaSalle offers care units adapted to people experiencing a loss of physical or cognitive autonomy.
