The Villa des Roseaux retirement home is a certified residence located in Laval-des-Rapides. It will close its doors on February 28th. It offered a living environment that fosters the independence of the elderly.
Since 1998, the residence (formerly the bon-pasteur accommodation center) has accommodated autonomous and semi-autonomous people with reduced mobility and with cognitive losses. The quality of care, food and living environment of our residents were among the priorities of the residence.
Following a change of administration in 2019, the Villa des Roseaux was constantly improving in its services and establishments to be able to offer the best possible living environment to residents.
She offered several types of private rooms with services, such as: housekeeping, bedding maintenance, clothing maintenance, 3 meals / day and two snacks and health care.
A magnificent terrace in the outdoor courtyard allowed you to enjoy the beautiful days!
In addition, you will find many services nearby; bank, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

Une Villa où il fait bon vivre. Il y règne une très belle ambiance basée sur le respect composée d'une équipe tissée serrée. Le personnel incluant la direction est très professionnel, diligent, toujours souriant et patient. Aussi, il est aux petits soins pour les résidents très respectés et aimés. Il est également à l'écoute sans compter leur grande disponibilité tant à l'égard des résidents que les proches. Les repas sont appétissants et santé, ce qui est rassurant. Beaucoup d'activités. J'apprécie beaucoup les communications diligentes par courriels et par téléphone. La direction et l'équipe se donnent corps et âme pour les résidents afin de leur offrir des soins de qualité et confort. C'est tellement agréable. Que dire de plus! Il est rassurant de voir notre proche dans de si bonnes mains. :-) Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre dévouement constant !!!
Questions and answers
Excellente résidence au caractère familial, grande implication des propriétaires qui sont toujours disponibles pour une rencontre, personnel dévoué et attentionné aux besoins des personnes qui y résident. La cuisine est ouverte et les visiteurs peuvent y voir le personnel qui travaille à la préparation des repas. Le menu est très varié et s'étend sur une période de 5 semaines avant de recommencer (roulette de 5 semaines). Les différentes activités permettent aux résidents une stimulation qui les aide à conserver leur autonomie. Tous les espaces communs ainsi que les chambres sont toujours d'une grande propreté et tous les lieux ont toujours une odeur agréable.
