Le lieu présente des conditions d'hygiène préoccupantes ainsi qu'une odeur désagréable persistante. Il y a un manque d'attention aux détails et un défaut de service de la part du personnel. Il y a un problème de supervision quant à l'administration des médicaments, ce qui est essentiel pour la santé des résidents. Le personnel est impoli et il y a des lacunes dans la gestion des situations d'urgence. Il y a un manque de suivi régulier auprès des résidents pour assurer leur bien-être. Concernant la nourriture : il y a une absence de qualité, avec une répétition de plats de faible qualité six jours sur sept, parfois accompagnés d'options peu attrayantes.
